A month an no post?

I know it's been a month with no posts. Unfortunately time has been very tight lately, even on the weekends. I'm also trying to think of something new that i haven't made before as my next post.

Hopefully it won't be too long, so hang tight!

Eric, thanks for the idea. I'll do that next! It should be pretty easy and not a lot of manual labor, so it's perfect!

Anyone making chipped beef? I've been looking high and low for a recipe with no luck. Hopefully this is the appropriate place to ask....Thanks!

Hrm...what's chipped beef?

It's also referred to as dried beef. Commonly used in making "shit on a shingle". My understanding is that the beef is cured and dried. I really don't know what cut of beef is used but I know there's no fat on chipped beef so it would be a lean cut. The beef is usually served in small thin pieces....
