I know it's been a month with no posts. Unfortunately time has been very tight lately, even on the weekends. I'm also trying to think of something new that i haven't made before as my next post.

ReplyDeleteIt's also referred to as dried beef. Commonly used in making "shit on a shingle". My understanding is that the beef is cured and dried. I really don't know what cut of beef is used but I know there's no fat on chipped beef so it would be a lean cut. The beef is usually served in small thin pieces....
