A month an no post?

I know it's been a month with no posts. Unfortunately time has been very tight lately, even on the weekends. I'm also trying to think of something new that i haven't made before as my next post.

Hopefully it won't be too long, so hang tight!

  4. Anyone making chipped beef? I've been looking high and low for a recipe with no luck. Hopefully this is the appropriate place to ask....Thanks!

  5. It's also referred to as dried beef. Commonly used in making "shit on a shingle". My understanding is that the beef is cured and dried. I really don't know what cut of beef is used but I know there's no fat on chipped beef so it would be a lean cut. The beef is usually served in small thin pieces....
